fix(ui): payout address textarea overflowed the modal — add box-sizing:border-box

The textarea had width:100% + padding:10px + 1px border with no box-sizing (no global reset), so it rendered ~22px wider than the modal content box and ran into the right edge. border-box keeps padding/border inside the 100%.
