p2p: refresh mainnet seed nodes

Browse Source
Three of the six seeds no longer accept P2P connections
(explore.wownero.com, spippolatori.it, wow.cypher.tec.br). A fresh node
spent 46 to 100 seconds finding its first peer; with this list it finds
one in 10 seconds.
