mining tab: fix top text layout — anchor conflict on sync value, oversized fonts, bezel overflow

Browse Source 
- Sync Progress value had both left and horizontalCenter anchors (drifted center)
- 20pt labels in 30px rows collided; now 14pt matching the top-left monitors
- hashrate/uptime/height values auto-fit their pixel-art frames (HorizontalFit)
- 'uptime' -> 'Uptime'
