save server keys file as <base32addr>.keys
...
copy i2p.base dir to ~/.i2p-zero and use the copy, since files in that dir will be modified and the installation dir may not be writable

Now doesn't require any Ubuntu packages to be installed in order to build (java, ant, i2p). Produces a distribution with zero dependencies.
