fix(vegan-iq): rewrite privacy policy to match v1.4.6
The policy was stale (March) and materially inaccurate: it claimed data never leaves the device and there are no leaderboards (false — device_id + display_name sync to the backend), described AdMob ads + a Remove Ads purchase (the app shows no ads as of v1.4), and omitted Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics/Messaging. Rewrite to reflect actual data practices. Needs deploy for the in-app link to be accurate.
