Installed xmr-stak on fresh Ubuntu 16.04 with just AMDGPU-PRO and required these changes and use of OpenCL_ROOT=/opt/amdgpu-pro for successful compilation with OpenCL. Also requires the opencl-headers package from Ubuntu's repository.

- increase bfactor if `smx <= 6`
- limit memory for pascal < GTX1070 to 2GiB
- limt memory for pascal <= GTX1080 to 4GiB

Grzegorz Hasse 74d4b2d1c3 Extend low_power_mode to do up to 5 cn hashes at a time. 
The "low_power_mode" option in config.txt can be set to numeral values
between 1 and 5. A value of 5 seems optimal on certain processors
with large L4 cache.

With #90 the option to overwrite the pool settings via CLI options is broken.

This pull request will allow to overwrite the options of the pool with the highest weighting.

- spawn UAC dialog via restarting xmr-miner with administrator right
- allow to disable UAC with `--noUAC`
