Jérôme Lebleu e0c7305149 Bump djangorestframework to 3.11 and move to OpenAPI

CoreAPI is being deprecated and since 3.10, settings must be modified to
keep using CoreAPI schemas. This is especially required for the
documentation generation.

To prevent settings modification while upgrading Modoboa and to follow
the standard for modeling Web APIs, CoreAPI is removed. Instead, OpenAPI
is used to generate the schema and Swagger UI is used to render the
documentation as described here:

schema generation and requires thus more changes - especially for the
documentation.

Jérôme Lebleu d06692e06a Bump requirements versions 
Each package version is updated to use the last one if it doesn't
require code changes. Only Django REST Framework is currently stuck on
release 3.7 since breaking changes and deprecations come with newer
releases.

When tests are using SQLite as database backend, the database name can
contain '&' which is escaped if `dbname` is unsafe.

set AUTH_LDAP_BIND_AS_AUTHENTICATING_USER to True when direct bind auth
is enabled because we need to access user attributes.
