Nico (sqc) 21bf16317c docs: run bash explicitly with sudo -i 
Since the default shell is set to /bin/sh, running 'source' to load the virtualenv won't work right away as described in the docs. You need to start bash (or a compatible shell) since sh does not feature the 'source' builtin. This addresses modoboa/modoboa-installer#463

Tom Hendrikx 5918cd650e Replace py-dateutil with python-dateutil 
`py-dateutil` is abandoned, it hasn't been touched since 2014. With Python 3.10,
I receive errors like: `module 'collections' has no attribute 'Callable'`.

`python-dateutil` seems to be the maintained fork of `py-dateutil`, and a
drop-in replacement. Test suite runs equally with or without the changed dependency.
