Matt Smith d341a0d3aa Disable TLS for RPC 
TLS connections to `wownerod` sometimes don't get closed properly and
end up eating up lots of resources for the daemon.  Disable them until
it's fixed.

Matt Smith 1985aba322 Add Restart=always to systemd unit 
Without this, systemd won't restart the daemon if it is killed by OOM
killer.
