- Upgrade dependencies: Boost 1.90.0, OpenSSL 3.0.13, Zlib 1.3.1, Zstd 1.5.5
- Fix macOS ARM/Intel builds by relaxing static runtime requirements in CMake

- Sanitize depends system to prevent Makefile corruption
