wowlet: fix remote-node connect when the built-in node is off. (1) nodes.cpp loadConfig: when the websocket discovery is disabled, ignore the cached ws node list (stale / polluted with monero nodes from an early build) and use the bundled wownero list. (2) nodes.json: managed clearnet list -> the 4 current healthy wownero nodes (node2/node3.monerodevs.org, spippolatori.it, wownerod.foolsump.com)
