jwinterm 3391c7cc6c fix(site): services polish — FAQ containment, /contact CTA, drop "for-hire" line ...

- Remove the "not controlled modeling for hire" framing from the homepage
  services preview + both services-page occurrences (FAQ answer + education
  section).
- Wrap the services FAQ in a section-container so it stops breaking out of the
  section rhythm; constrain answer width to max-w-3xl.
- Point "Request a Consultation" at /contact (the contact-form shortcut page)
  instead of the fragile /#contact cross-page hash.
