Refactor Services page and restrict nebula to homepage

- Move DynamicBackground from layout to homepage only
- Restructure Services: H1 outside cards, consistent heading sizes
- Rename 'Medusa v2 Development' to 'Custom E-Commerce Engines'
- Rename 'Custom Data Models' to 'Flexible Architecture'
- Add 'Partnership-First Development' section
- Update copy for clarity and customer focus
