Patch remaining dev-dependency advisories via pnpm overrides

Forces flatted, minimatch, picomatch, ajv, and brace-expansion to
patched versions across the transitive graph (ESLint, Tailwind, and
Playwright toolchains). Both prod and full audits now report no
known vulnerabilities.
