Trim SEO titles to <=60 chars; stop tracking TODO.md
- Shorter, non-truncating <title>/OG titles for products, apps, wownerogue, smirk, neroswap, suchoice, barns-and-neutrons, webshops. - TODO.md removed from the repo and gitignored (internal working notes).
