fix(nip05): repoint stale test to renamed INTEROP_RELAY_HINTS

default_relays_are_wss still referenced DEFAULT_RELAYS, removed when the constant was renamed INTEROP_RELAY_HINTS, which broke the `cargo test`/--tests build. Repoint it (interop_relay_hints_are_wss); behaviour unchanged.
