jwinterm 492e60a6da Strip Zano from native build loops on Android and iOS ...

Zano was already removed at the configure layer, but the per-platform
build_monero_all.sh scripts still compiled libzano_wallet2_api_c on
Android and iOS — wasted build minutes for a chain we don't ship.

Linux + macOS already had the trimmed loop.
