jwinterm 3dfd0f9146 Remove libwarp_api_ffi.so install rule from Linux CMakeLists ...

Leftover from zcash removal — Cake's Linux runner installed the warp_api_ffi
shared library produced by scripts/zcash_lib's Rust build. We deleted the
zcash_lib source so this install rule fails CMake. Drop it.
