The Appfile and Runner.xcodeproj carried 32J6BB6VUS (a stale leftover). The real Such Software LLC team is D8PL9F7X33. This did not affect CI signing: build-ios-testflight.yml rewrites DEVELOPMENT_TEAM to the APPLE_TEAM_ID secret before archiving, so TestFlight builds already signed with the correct team. This aligns local Xcode and the fastlane snapshot path (which are NOT rewritten by CI) with what CI actually uses. Team IDs are public identifiers (embedded in every distributed app's provisioning profile), not secrets.
