jwinterm 7740cb0559 Continue Cake Wallet rebrand: legal, FAQ, and package metadata

- LICENSE.md: add Such Software LLC copyright alongside Cake Labs (MIT
  attribution preserved)
- PRIVACY.md: replace Cake Labs' policy with a Hash Wallet placeholder
  pending the full policy
- env.json: Windows app name + package id for Hash Wallet
- assets/faq/faq_*.json (13 locales): rebrand "Cake Wallet" -> "Hash Wallet"
- cw_*/pubspec.yaml: author -> Hash Wallet, homepage -> Such-Software repo
