Cake gitignored everything under AppIcon.appiconset/ because their
scripts/ios/app_icon.sh generated it at configure time. We use
flutter_launcher_icons which needs the Contents.json template to exist;
keeping it committed means a fresh clone can run launcher_icons without
manually creating the scaffold first.
* add app shortcuts
* update icons
* Improve deep link and quick action navigation
* bypass auth when allowedCreate state is active
* remove spaces from file names [skip ci]
