#29 [stats] performance improvement (it goes twice as fast for one day log):
...
- parse line timestamp only when line timestamp changes by more than rrd time step (time computing cost a arm).
- compute line id just once (can be from 9 to 18 chars)

mailrrd.py needs to be splitted. One part is going to check for new stats frequently (this is the job of the new logparser.py module). The other will provide an API to fetch data and generate graphes. (not done yet)
