Antoine Nguyen 9ddb27573f At last, composing messages with attachments is possible!! 
It is a really simple implementation but I think it will be enough for a begining. Users can add multiple attachments with a message, each attachment must not be larger than a customizable limit.

* raise a specific exception in the imap connector,
 * Add a simple middleware to catch this exception and return a specific response that will be correctly displayed by the webmail.

This commit adds the following features:
 * Folder creation,
 * Folder modification,
 * Folder removal.

There are still issues with subfolders but they should not be too complicated to fix.

I've also done some javascript refactoring.

At last something that works pretty well under firefox and with multiple selection possible (using Mootools HtmlTable.Select). There are some problems with IE and Chrome (the position: relative on td elements is not well supported).

On UserLogout, the webmail extension tries to get an IMAPconnector object (which tries to connect with an IMAP server). When the configuration is invalid, this operation fails.

Catching exceptions on strategic places has solved the problems.
