Carlos Ramos 2eeba77c47 Improve the postfixadmin migration code: 
- Assign right permissions to domain administrators and
      superadministrator.
    - Correctly prepend the password schema to all admins.
    - Update model classes with the correct varchar length and
      other useful relations.
