jwinterm 79a403127b Fix VersionedSlate::version() misreporting V5 slates as V4 ...

version() returned SlateVersion::V4 for the V5 variant, so any
version-aware logic downstream would misidentify a V5 slate as V4.
Return V5 for V5.
