jwinterm 475db1d289 Fix contract_srs_mwmixnet test import after merge ...

master's mwixnet (#726) keeps the `types` submodule private and re-exports
its items, so use the public `mwixnet::MixnetReqCreationParams` path. The
merge missed this because `cargo check --workspace` does not build test
targets.
