Ports feather-wallet/monero's wallet-layer patches onto wownero so wowlet (Feather-based) can build against wownero as its monero source. 32 wallet files; the additive GUI API (TransactionConstructionInfo/PendingTransactionInfo, offline-tx + key-image helpers, raw wallet2 exposure) applied clean. 12 wallet2.cpp conflicts resolved: kept wownero consensus (ring size 22 / HF_VERSION_MIN_MIXIN_21, wownero HF schedule, bulletproof_plus_full_commit), took Feather's wallet improvements (process_outgoing rewrite, tx parse/validate). Kept the wownero-wallet-rpc build. WIP: needs CI build + chain testing (real ring-22 / BP+ send) before wowlet trusts it.
