Subject: [PATCH] Fix Wownero API compatibility

- Remove #ifndef LWSF_MASTER_ENABLE guards around lightWalletLogin
  and lightWalletImportWalletRequest - these are pure virtual in
  Wownero's wallet2_api.h so must always be implemented
