Fork lwcli for Wownero

- Rename project to lwcli-wow
- Update submodule to use lwsf-wow from Codeberg
- Change XMR -> WOW in all UI displays
- Update README with Wownero build instructions
- Add Wownero copyright notices
- Add upstream sync instructions
